Mouse over your profile pic in FB, and it will show numbers on the bottom of your browser...that's your ID number, or in the menu row where it says your name, click on it, and your ID will be in your browser address bar.

On Myspace, click on view my profile from the menu, and your ID number will be in the address bar.
