Stuck in Lindellin/Avgard

I've been to Lindellin and to Tarnwood, and now I only seem to be able to go between places I've been. I can't get to Kyndale or the Avgard Bridge, West Lindellin or the Lindellin Bridge. What gives? I'm level 35. Do I need to just collect stuff until I level up?

You need to go back to6 Tarnwood, and ride the cart to West Lindellin.

You are nowhere close to heading to Kyndale or the Avgard Bridge...those options unlock later. After you rebuild Tarnwood, you should have a trip option to take a cart ride, do that, and then the next stop is Guldin Falls, I believe.

I got stuck also, but went back... this time I noticed that I could "Talk to Ellia" you get a token and some more info and then the "ride cart" option appears.

You need to continue through Lindelin to Guildin Falls and then go north from Guildin Falls. Where previously you could only go 1 north and then there was someone blocking your path, there are now further options available to you up there.
